Receiving "Event Not Allowed by Policy" Message When Logging in to Thalamus

This article will provide more details if you are receiving the message "Event Not Allowed by Policy" while attempting to access Thalamus.

Thalamus is hosted in a secure cloud-based environment. In order to further enhance the security of our application we employ a firewall managed by our cloud provider to protect against any potential threats.
If you receive the message “Event not allowed by policy" then your internet (IP) address has been blocked by this firewall as being suspicious. In a home environment this may be due to your computer or other local device being infected with malware, though in a larger environment such as an office, coffee shop or hotel the suspicious activity could be on any device or devices connected to that network.
