Programs have the ability to export applicant information directly from Cortex via Excel. This guide will provide the steps of that process.
Exporting Applicant Data to Excel

To export applicant emails to an Excel document, navigate to the “Assignments” window.

Select the “Export” button on the upper right.

In the dropdown, select “To Excel”

In the new modal displayed, select to “Export All Applicants” or “Export Filtered Applicants”

Your export will populate in your downloads file on your device

Open the file to rename and/or save to the desired location on your device
