Score an Applicant in Thalamus

All Thalamus Program Users can enter scores for applicants.  This guide will provide instruction on how to enter scores for applicants from multiples places within Thalamus including the:

  1. Applicant Dashboard
  2. MySchedule page
  3. Thalamus Video

Please note: For users enabled with the Thalamus Holistic Review scoring system, please reference: Score an Applicant: Dashboard, My Schedule, Video - Thalamus Holistic Review

The following score types are in Thalamus:

  • Interview Score: Score that will not factor into rank.
  • Overall Score: Score that will automatically calculate applicant rank.
  • Cortex Score: Cortex Score that automatically imports. The Cortex Score does not factor into the overall score nor will it effect the rank score.

Who can view scores?

  • Program Administrators, Program Directors and Program Coordinators can view all program user scores entered for applicants.
**If a program is wanting someone with a program interviewer role to view scores, they will need to update their role to one of the three noted above.**
