Accessing the Cerebellum Institution Dashboard and Viewing Individual Programs

The Cerebellum Institution Dashboard is accessible to Thalamus Institution Manager users.

The main Institution contact is provided access to the Cerebellum Institution Dashboard by the Thalamus onboarding team during account creation.

Logging In

1. To log into the Cerebellum Institution Dashboard, visit https://cerebellum.thalamusgme.com.

2. Use the Invitation email received to create and finalize your Thalamus user account.

3. Enter your email address.

4. Enter the password associated with your account. 

5. A screen will appear allowing you to choose to log into the My Institutions associated with your Institutional Manager Role

   This will also include any programs you are affiliated with as a Program User.

6. Select the desired view you wish to review.

Switching Programs and/or Institutions

1. If you are affiliated with multiple accounts, you can access your other programs and institutions directly in Cerebellum. 

2. Select your "user profile" icon on the upper right hand corner of the page. 

3. From the drop down menu, select the program you would like to view.

Logging Out

1. Cerebellum has a log out time of 2 hours. If you are idle for over 2 hours, you will automatically be logged out of Cerebellum. 

2. If you would like to log yourself out, select your "user profile" icon on the upper right hand corner of the page. 

3. From the drop down menu, select the button to "logout".
