Accessing the Cerebellum Institution Dashboard and Viewing Individual Programs

Access the Cerebellum Institution Dashboard to view the institutions and programs connected to your Thalamus account.

1. What is the Cerebellum Institution Dashboard?

The Cerebellum Institution Dashboard is available to Thalamus users with an Institution Manager role.

Your main institution contact is provided access to the Cerebellum Institution Dashboard by the Thalamus onboarding team during account setup.

From Cerebellum, you can:

Log in to view your assigned institution dashboard
Access institutions connected to your Institution Manager role
Switch between programs or institutions, if your account is connected to multiple programs or institutions
Log out of your account when finished

To log in:

Go to https://cerebellum.thalamusgme.com.
Use the invitation email you received to create and finalize your Thalamus user account, if you have not already done so.
Enter your email address.
Enter the password connected to your Thalamus account.
After logging in, you will see a screen where you can choose from the institutions connected to your Institution Manager role.
If you are also connected to any programs as a Program User, those programs may appear in this same selection screen.
Select the institution or program view you want to open.

You will be taken to the selected Cerebellum dashboard view.

If your account is connected to more than one program or institution, you can switch views directly in Cerebellum.

To switch to another program or institution:

Note: You will only see programs or institutions that your account has permission to access.

Cerebellum will automatically log you out after 2 hours of inactivity.

You can also log out manually at any time.

To log out:

Note: If you are using a shared or public computer, always log out manually when you are finished.
