Q: Why a new scoring system?
In the world of GME, it's essential to look beyond the interview or test scores of an applicant to assess competencies comprehensively. Thalamus Holistic Review covers the entire recruitment cycle, from the initial application review to interviews and ranking, all with the goal of making sure you get the full picture of your applicants.
Diverse Question Types for Comprehensive Assessment
Thalamus Holistic Review supports various question formats, offering a variety of assessment tools. Range scores, custom dropdown lists, Likert ratings, level scales, and Y/N options all give you the flexibility to tailor your evaluation to your program’s needs. You can add notes and mark questions as "unable to assess," giving you the ultimate control over the assessment process. The Question Tooltip supports an in-context rubric.
Configurable Scores for Personalized Evaluation
Your recruitment process is unique, and Thalamus Holistic Review wholeheartedly supports that. Take charge of your scoring system with ease. Customize which questions contribute to an applicant's overall score, fine-tune the weight of each question, and control the impact of each reviewer's evaluation.
