Thalamus provides all individuals listed as program administrators with a notification reminder to publish their interview day itineraries. Publishing of the itineraries is important as this is the only way that applicants as well as faculty interviewers will be able to view their schedules.
The Unpublished Itinerary email will send to programs who are showing with at least one session created on the itinerary builder and who have notification enabled for the program as well as under their profile.
The Unpublished Itinerary email will be sent to individuals 48-72 hours before the interview event date and repeat until published.
