Export a CSV file of all scores and notes submitted on applicants from Scoring.
1. What is the Score Export?
Scoring allows Score Managers (Program Directors, Program Administrators, and Program Coordinators) to download a CSV report of all scores and notes submitted for each applicant. This gives your program a complete, portable record of applicant evaluation activity.
Important: Only scorecards linked to an aggregate score (Cortex Application Score, Core Interview Score, Overall Score) will appear in the export. If an applicant's data is missing, confirm that the scorecard used is included in your Scoring Aggregation setup. |
2. Before starting
Before exporting, confirm:
You are logged in to Cortex
You have Score Manager permissions for your program
Applicants have submitted Scorecards that are included in Scoring Aggregation
3. Export the score report
Select Scoring Aggregation in the Scoring menu
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Export scores
The CSV file will download automatically to your device
