The Match Rank List in Cerebellum allows programs to review matched applicants and how they were initially ranked by the program. Twenty-four hours after applicant information is updated in Thalamus Core, ranked applicants who have been marked as matched appear at the bottom of the Cerebellum Program page under "Match Rank List". Matched applicant data and demographic information can be viewed in this list, as well as used to sort the matched and ranked applicants.
Overview
For applicants to populate on the Match Rank List, the following conditions must be true:
- The applicant must have been populated on your default Applicant Rank List in Thalamus Core. This means that at least one overall score must have been added to the applicant. Please reference Viewing and Ordering the Default Applicant Rank for more information about the Applicant Rank List in Thalamus Core.
- The applicant must have been marked as Matched in your Program Applicant Dashboard in Thalamus Core. Please reference Mark Applicants as Matched for more information on updating your applicants' statuses to "Matched".
- Cerebellum must have updated since these changes were made. Data in Cerebellum updates automatically every 24 hours to include any new data or actions made in Thalamus Core and Cortex.
