This guide will provide instructions on how to submit scorecards on behalf of other users, as well as how to prevent an incorrectly submitted scorecard from rolling into your applicant's aggregate scores.
Note: The Overall Score tab is only available to Score Managers (users with the role of Program Director, Program Administrator, and Program Coordinator). Unlike the Cortex Score and Core Interview Score, the Overall Score can be an aggregate of selected scorecards or competencies. Reviewer competencies or scorecards “roll-up” to create the applicant’s Overall Score.
Viewing Applicant Overall Score
There are two ways for Score Managers to view applicant's Overall scores.
1. By enabling these specific columns in the Applicants page and viewing in the dashboard: Customizing Table Columns on your Applicant Dashboard
2. By viewing scores within the score drawer (instructions following).
To view in the score drawer:
1. Select the triple-dot menu next to the applicant's name.
2. Select “Score Applicant” from the menu to open the drawer.
3. In the drawer, select the "Overall Score" tab.
4. Select the aggregate score you wish to view.
Note: If an applicant's Overall score is a negative value they will not appear within the Program's rank list.
Submitting a Scorecard on behalf of another user
1. Follow the instructions to open the score drawer (steps 1 and 2 above)
2. Select the scorecard and then select reviewer you are completing on behalf of by clicking the drop down arrow.
2. Complete the score and select the submit button.
Editing an incorrectly submitted scorecard
To edit a scorecard that has already been submitted:
1. Select the "View Scores" button next to the Scorecard list.
2. Select "All Scorecards" in the Scorecard list.
3. Select the pencil and paper icon to the right of the scorecard you wish to edit.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the scorecard and click "Edit". Make necessary changes to the scorecard and select "Submit" button.
Q: If a reviewer has submitted a scorecard that should not have been submitted, how can I remove that scorecard from the aggregate score?
If a reviewer has submitted an incorrect scorecard, or submitted a scorecard for the incorrect applicant, there is no way to delete that scorecard. You can prevent that scorecard from being included in the aggregate score by returning the scorecard to "in progress" state.
To edit a scorecard to put in progress:
1. Select the "View Scores" button next to the Scorecard list.
2. Select "All Scorecards" in the Scorecard list.
3. Select the pencil and paper icon to the right of the scorecard you wish to return to in progress.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the scorecard and click "Edit". Do not edit the scorecard, and close out of the drawer using the X in the upper right corner without clicking submit. This will automatically save the scorecard as in progress, and no longer use this scorecard to aggregate the overall scores.
