What to do if you forgot your password.
1) Visit our log in page at https://app.thalamusgme.com
2) Choose the option "Unlock account?"
3) You will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you have entered your email address, you will be prompted to select "Select". You will then be prompted to select "Send me and email". A password reset email will be sent to you. Please note, if you do not receive an email via the email address you entered it is possible your account is associated with an alternate email address.
4) You should receive a password reset link within 5 minutes. If you do not receive a link, check your SPAM email box or double check the email address you used to sign up for your account. You can also reach out to our team at customercare@thalamusgme.com
