Editing and Deleting an Interview Day

You can edit and delete interview dates by using the "Calendar".

Edit an interview day:

1. Click on the desired interview event.

2. In the pop-up box that appears, select “Edit.”

3. The “Edit Event” module will appear. Make any desired changes in the information. 

4. When your changes are complete, click “SAVE” to confirm changes. Your changes will be implemented immediately and updated on the calendar.  To discard your changes, select “CANCEL” or click outside the “Edit Event” box.

Delete an interview day:

1. Click on the desired interview event. 

2. In the pop-up box that appears, select “Delete.” The “Delete Event” module will appear.

3.  To delete the event, select “DELETE” and it will be removed from the calendar.

4. To keep the event, select “CANCEL” or click outside of the “Delete Event” box.

5. Once deleted, the event will be removed from the calendar.

NOTE:  To delete an interview event, there must be no applicants signed up for that date.  If applicants are signed up for an interview date, they must first be manually canceled prior to being able to delete an event.
