Exporting Applicants From Cortex to Thalamus

Once applications have been reviewed and applicants have been selected to interview, follow the below steps to export applicants from Cortex to Thalamus

1. Click on the Export button in the top right hand corner of the Toolbar

2. Confirm if you want photos to be included in the export. (Checked means yes, unchecked means no)

3. Confirm the applicants you want to export and click the Export Applicants button

NOTE: If you receive new information on ERAS for an applicant you can just upload their whole file again. Cortex will pull out and save only the new information.  And repeat the process of exporting to Thalamus
