Managing Your Applicant Account and Settings

Manage your account information, app preferences, video settings, and support resources from the Account & Settings page.


Account & Settings overview

On the Web

Select your profile icon on the top-right of the page to access your Account & Settings.

 

The Account and Settings page is organized into the following sections:

AccountView and update profile information such as your first and last name, email address, profile photo, Thalamus Video title, and preferred pronouns
Security

Manage password and account access settings or log out of Thalamus.

App SettingsConfigure notification preferences within Thalamus, including push, email, and SMS notifications.
Thalamus Video

Test audio and video devices before virtual interviews and events. Verify that your camera, microphone and speakers are functioning properly prior to joining your sessions.

Help

Access support resources, find answers to commonly asked questions, and contact Thalamus Help Center.

 

On the Mobile App

The Account & Settings section in the mobile app provides access to the same core settings available on desktop, along with additional device-specific options designed for the mobile experience.

To access Account & Settings, select Account from the bottom navigation bar.

 

The section includes the following:

Additional Mobile App Settings

In addition to the settings available on desktop, the mobile app includes device-specific options. Depending on the device being used, you may be able to enable Face ID or biometric authentication for faster sign-in.

 

Note: Notification preferences are not available in the mobile app at this time. These settings can be managed from the App Settings section on the Thalamus web experience.
