Manage your account information, app preferences, video settings, and support resources from the Account & Settings page.
Account & Settings overview
On the Web
Select your profile icon on the top-right of the page to access your Account & Settings.
The Account and Settings page is organized into the following sections:
| Section | Description |
| Account | View and update profile information such as your first and last name, email address, profile photo, Thalamus Video title, and preferred pronouns |
| Security | Manage password and account access settings or log out of Thalamus. |
| App Settings | Configure notification preferences within Thalamus, including push, email, and SMS notifications. |
| Thalamus Video | Test audio and video devices before virtual interviews and events. Verify that your camera, microphone and speakers are functioning properly prior to joining your sessions. |
| Help | Access support resources, find answers to commonly asked questions, and contact Thalamus Help Center. |
On the Mobile App
The Account & Settings section in the mobile app provides access to the same core settings available on desktop, along with additional device-specific options designed for the mobile experience.
To access Account & Settings, select Account from the bottom navigation bar.
The section includes the following:

Additional Mobile App Settings
In addition to the settings available on desktop, the mobile app includes device-specific options. Depending on the device being used, you may be able to enable Face ID or biometric authentication for faster sign-in.
