Viewing and Printing itineraries for another person (interviewer or applicant)

In the itinerary builder and my schedule page, you can view and print itineraries for another person. 

To view or print an itinerary for another user, you will need to have built an itinerary in the itinerary builder, and you will need to have calendar dates scheduled

Viewing/Printing itineraries of an individual person: 

1) After logging into Thalamus, select the "Interviews" tab, and then "Itinerary Builder".

2) From the event drop down menu, select a date that has itineraries built. 

3) Locate the person for which you want to view/ print the itinerary. If the person is an interviewer, you may have to change the view to "By Interviewer" instead of "By Applicant".

4) Select the "..." actions menu next to the person's name, and select one of two options:

  • View Schedule: Allows you to view the schedule of the person via the "my schedule" page. 
  • Print itinerary: Allows you to print the itinerary in a PDF document.

5) If you choose the "view schedule" option, you will be redirected to the "My Schedule" page, from which you can choose additional users you'd like to view on behalf of.

6) If you choose "Print itinerary" a new tab will open with a copy of the PDF itinerary that can be downloaded and saved onto your computer. 

 

Viewing/Printing itineraries for a group of people: 

1) After logging into Thalamus, select the "Interviews" tab, and then "Itinerary Builder".

2) From the event drop down menu, select a date that has itineraries built. 

3) Select the printer icon on the right hand side of the page. 

4) From the drop down menu, select one of the following options:

  • Print All: prints the full itinerary, organized by name
  • Print Applicant(s): print the itinerary only for the applicants, organized by name
  • Print Interviewer(s): print the itinerary only for the interviewers, organized by name

5) You have the option to print the document in a PDF, or Word format. Both documents will include any video links added to itinerary sessions.
