Program User Roles and Permissions

Programs have the ability to add and manage all program users within their program.  Each user must be assigned a specific role within the program.    Depending on the role assigned, program users will have different permissions for viewing and editing access within the program.  Below is a diagram of what each user role can view and edit.




User Role FAQ's

  • Program users can have different roles in different Thalamus programs. 
  • Roles can be changed at anytime under the Administration page using the action button.
