View your program's interview invitation and completion trends, benchmarked against specialty-wide data, to help contextualize your recruitment season timing within Cerebellum.
1. What is the Interview Invitation and Completion Insights section?
The Interview Invitation and Completion Insights section displays a time series of your program's daily and cumulative interview invitation releases and interview completions. This data is shown alongside anonymized specialty-wide benchmarks so your program can understand how its timing compares to peers.
This section helps your program:
Understand when invitations are being sent relative to the specialty
Track how interview completion rates progress over the recruitment season
Identify whether your program is inviting and completing interviews early, on average, or late
Compare your program's trends against specialty-wide patterns
Note: Dashboard data is anonymized and aggregated. Programs can only identify their own program data. All other specialty data is de-identified. Data is intended for informational and benchmarking purposes only and is not intended to predict match outcomes.

2. Before starting
Before using this section, make sure:
You have access to Cerebellum
Your program has active interview data in Thalamus for the current recruitment season
Note: Data updates every 24 hours and does not apply retroactively.
3. How to read the Insights chart
The chart displays two data types using color-coded lines:
Solid lines (blue or orange) represent your program's specific time series
Dotted lines (blue or orange) represent the specialty-wide time series
The y-axis displays the percentage of filled interview positions over time.
Note: Completion lines will not reach 100%. This is expected behavior. Cancelled, missed, and withdrawn invitations are excluded from both program and specialty values.
4. How the data is aggregated
Interview invitation and completion data is calculated automatically based on activity recorded within Thalamus. Because this data is time-specific and is refreshed every 24 hours, it cannot be updated retroactively.
Note: This section is most useful during an active recruitment season to provides a running comparison of your program's invitation and completion rate against your broader specialty.
