In addition to the ERAS application, programs have the option to import the ERAS Supplemental Application to view additional information within Cortex.
Cortex supports all three categories of ERAS supplemental application:

Upload the Supplemental Application CSV
NOTE: The PDF ERAS applications must be imported into Cortex prior to uploading the Supplemental Application CSV. To upload the main ERAS application please review Uploading Applications into Cortex
Upload the ERAS Supplemental Application CSV by following the below steps:
- Navigate to the Upload tab at the top of the screen
- Select “Upload Supplemental Application Data”
- Minimum required data:
- AAMC ID field must be a listed column on the CSV
- Position Title field must be included as a column when uploading any Meaningful Experience data
(If you prefer not to display any Position Title information, the data exported in these cells can be deleted and replaced with "screened")
- Minimum required data:
- Browse for the Supplemental Application CSV downloaded from ERAS
- Name the upload file (optional)
- Select next
- The job summary confirmation will appear to confirm your upload
View Supplemental Application Data
After the upload is complete, the applicant detail page will display a new "Supplemental Application" tab that will contain the following information:
- Preference Signaling
- Geographic Preferences
- Division Preferences
- Settings Preference
- Meaningful Experience
NOTE: If an application does not have supplemental application data, the following will display on the Applicant Detail sub tab for the Supplementation Application
