Enabling Cerebellum for Program Users/Faculty

Program Administrators, Coordinators and Directors in Thalamus are able to control which of their program interviewers have access to Cerebellum. 

Programs must have purchased Cerebellum to enable users to access it.

  1. To enable Cerebellum for a program user, log into Thalamus at https://app.thalamusgme.com and select the "Administration" tab.
  2. Confirm that the program user is added to your Thalamus program. Visit our guide Create and Manage Program User Accounts to add additional users in Thalamus. 
  3. If the program user already exists, locate the user you would like to grant Cerebellum access to. 

  4. Select the pencil icon under "Actions" on the right-hand side of the page, and the “Edit User” module will appear. 

  5. Toggle the Cerebellum access button to on (it should turn teal)

  6. Click “Save” to apply the change.

  7. Repeat the process described above to any additional users.
