Enabling Cerebellum for Program Users/Faculty

Program Administrators, Coordinators and Directors in Thalamus are able to control which of their program interviewers have access to Cerebellum. 

Single Update for Program User

  1. To enable Cerebellum for a program user, log into Thalamus at https://app.thalamusgme.com and select the "Administration" tab.
  2. Confirm that the program user is added to your Thalamus program. Visit our guide Create and Manage Program User Accounts to add additional users in Thalamus. 
  3. If the program user already exists, locate the user you would like to grant Cerebellum access to. 

  4. Select the pencil icon under "Features"  and a module will appear.

  5. Click the box next to Cerebellum and it will turn teal. 

  6. Click anywhere outside of the module and the user access will update

  7. Repeat the process described above to any additional users.

Bulk Update Program Users

  1. You can bulk update individual program users by selecting the box to the left of the user name and avatar.
  2. Select the "Actions" menu on the right-hand side of the screen
  3. Select "Manage Features"
  4. Click on "Enable" to the right of Cerebellum and it will turn teal
  5. Click "Update Users"

To Remove Access from Cerebellum

Disabling this on a user profile will no longer be able to log into your the Cerebellum Program.

  1. To disable Cerebellum for a program user, log into Thalamus at https://app.thalamusgme.com and select the "Administration" tab.
  2. Select the pencil icon under "Features"  and a module will appear.

  3. Click the box next to Cerebellum and it will turn white 

  4. Click anywhere outside of the module and the user access will update

  5. Repeat the process described above to any additional users.
