Inviting SOAP Applicants

Send interview invitations to your SOAP applicants from the SOAP tab so they can view and schedule for your SOAP calendar events.

Roles: Program Director, Program Coordinator, Program Administrator

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Applicants page from the upper menu bar.
  2. Select the SOAP tab.
  1. Use the Search bar or Filters to locate the applicants you want to invite.
  2. Select the desired applicants by ticking the checkboxes next to their names. You can also use the Select All checkbox at the top of the list.
  3. Click the Actions dropdown menu at the top of the applicant list.
  4. Select "Invite to Interview".
  5. In the modal that appears, select the Invitation Email template you want to use (e.g., your SOAP-specific invitation template).
  6. Click "Invite".

The selected applicants will receive the invitation email and their Interview Status will update to Invited.


Things to Know

Use your SOAP invitation template. When selecting the email template in step 7, make sure you choose your SOAP-specific template — not your regular season template. See SOAP Email Templates for setup instructions.

Invited applicants can immediately schedule. Once invited, applicants can see and sign up for any open SOAP calendar events. Make sure your SOAP events are created and set to Open before sending invitations.

Bulk invite is the fastest approach during SOAP week. Select all applicants you want to invite at once using the filters and Select All checkbox rather than inviting one at a time.
