UPDATED Program User Roles and Permissions

Programs have the ability to add and manage all program users within their program.  Each user must be assigned a specific role within the program.    Depending on the role assigned, program users will have different permissions for viewing and editing access within the program.  Below are the diagrams of what each user role can view and edit in each Platform.

  • Program users can have different roles in different Thalamus programs. 
  • Roles can be changed at any time under the Administration page using the action button.
  • Program Administrators, Program Directors, and Program Coordinators can now determine individual Document Permissions for Program Interviewers.
